House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was asked on Saturday night if President Donald Trump should get the Nobel Peace Prize for his big role in bringing an end to the Korean War and denuclearizing the North Korean regime.

As noted by The Daily Wire, Pelosi was speaking to Pajamas Media at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on the red carpet when she got asked the question.

“We’re a long way from that, but let’s see,” Pelosi said, referring to the Nobel Peace prize. “There’s always an opportunity for a president of the United States to qualify. Let’s see how it goes.”

Considering Pelosi’s history of slamming Trump and his administration, her response is actually quite jaw dropping.

Admitting there’s a chance for Trump to win the Nobel Peace Prize for his role in forcing North Korea to completely denuclearize and end the war with South Korea is very telling.

The most remarkable part of the upcoming meeting between Kim Jong Un and Trump, which is expected in the coming weeks, is how the U.S. gave up absolutely nothing for the meeting to take place.

Kim’s regime agreed to end the Korean war, begin working with other nations, destroy all of its nuclear sites, and end all missile and rocket tests.

All of this was possible because of Trump’s tough talk and bold rhetoric, and Pelosi had no choice but to admit it.
