As soon as Donald Trump was elected President, without any particular reason, First Lady Melania Trump got constantly criticized by liberal celebrities.
Absurdly, several fashion stylists rejected to work on her fashion and dressing.
This was considered to be a small way to boycott against her.
However, she was lucky to have Dolce & Gabbana who gladly accepted her and decided to work on her dressing. Nonetheless, famous pop singer Miley Cyrus decided to bash the stylists who supported Melania Trump. However, she probably didn’t expect to receive a lot of backlashes for her comment.
In the first part of her post, she explains how grateful she is that the Italian fashion designers invited her brother to attend on their fashion show in Milan. It would be smart to end it there, but she decided to bash the designers for supporting Melania.
In her long post on Instagram, she mentions: “I STRONGLY disagree with your politics, but I do support your company’s effort to celebrate young artists & give them the platform to shine their light for all to see!”
Her statement is a response to the shirts that were created by Dolce & Gabbana that were presented against those who criticized the designers for supporting and dressing First Lady Melania Trump.
Stefano Gabbana also responded on Instagram by writing: “We are Italian and we don’t care about politics [or] American [politics].
“We make dresses and if you think about doing politics with a post it’s simply ignorant. We don’t need your posts or comments so next time please ignore us!! #boycottdolcegabbana,” he added.
Dolce & Gabbana’s designers are proud to dress Melania and so far they’ve done a wonderful job. Many people admire her fashion and clothing.
